Gearr – Kino Workshop Shorts
Running time: 70 mins
Cork Film Festival
See the results of a week-long collaborative filmmaking workshop bringing together local Cork filmmakers and the team from Off-Courts Trouville Film Festival.
Created between 3–11 October as part of the first Gearr — Cork Short Film Festival, these brand-new short films have been scripted, shot and edited in just a matter of days following the Kino approach: small crews, limited resources and an emphasis on collaboration.
This special screening at The Arc Cinema presents the finished films for the first time.
The project is part of Millennium 2027 and marks the first stage of a travelling filmmaking workshop continuing to Norway, Jersey and Normandy in 2027, with the support of Région Normandie.
