Among our surprise visitors was Robert Sheehan, who joined us for a relaxed movie night—much to the delight of both staff and guests. There were definitely a few double takes as word spread through the cinema!

The excitement didn’t stop there. We were also delighted to welcome Damian McCarthy, director of Hokum, who hosted his exclusive premier of HOKUM here at The Arc Cinema Cork. 

AND!!!!! Milo Talwani, who were in Cork for the premiere of Puppy Girl. It was fantastic to have such creative talent in the building, bringing an extra buzz to an already lively week.

Our team were lucky enough to capture some great photos with all three, turning an ordinary set of shifts into something a little more special. Moments like these are a lovely reminder of what makes cinema so unique—it’s not just about what’s on the screen, but the shared experience and the people who bring it to life.
